2. Are your bags high quality? Yes. All our handbags are made with premium materials and attention to detail. We focus on durability, comfortable straps, secure closures, and spacious interiors that meet real-life needs.

3. How discreet is your packaging? We ship all orders in plain, neutral boxes with no logos or images that reveal the contents. Your privacy is our priority — the sender name on the label and billing statement is generic.

4. What are your shipping options? We offer the following shipping methods for US customers:

  • Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
  • Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (most popular)
  • Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
  • Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10

Tracking is provided for every order.

5. Do you ship nationwide? Yes, we ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

6. What is your return policy? We accept returns on unused items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded promptly.

7. How long does it take to process my order? Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

8. Is my payment information secure? Yes. We use secure Shopify Payments with full SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information.

9. Do the bags come with dust bags or packaging? Most of our handbags come with a protective dust bag or individual packaging to keep them in perfect condition during shipping.
